A couple in Idaho was given an unfortunate surprise when they realized that their wedding reception venue wouldn't include the cake they had bought from a local cake store because the couple was actually a gay couple and the cake maker took exception to the union. Interestingly, some cake bakers have suggested that they thought the baker shouldn't have refused to make the cake because of being a Christian because a Christian thing to do is treating everyone how they would like to be treated and refusing to bake a cake isn't the right way to treat someone.
